Why We Do This Differently

We’re Chris (67) and Leisa (57).

We’ve been helping people in Port Stephens move better, stay strong, and avoid injury for over 20 years.

In 2022, everything changed.

Chris was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and scheduled for surgery.

At the same time, Leisa’s mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and her dad’s health was rapidly declining.

Under medical supervision, we changed how we trained, moved, and lived.

Chris avoided surgery. His heart returned to normal size.
Leisa’s parents — now in their 80s — are strong, mobile, and independent.

That experience reshaped how we train everyone — with safety, longevity, and confidence first.
