Structured outdoor training with two levels so beginners are guided safely with their own trainer and experienced members can train harder.

Private coaching in our fully equipped studio designed for people over 40 who want to build strength, improve mobility, increase energy and fitness and avoid injury.

  • 60-Min Personal Training – $70

  • Ongoing coaching β€” $60/session

  • 10 sessions β€” $500 ($50/session)

We’re Chris (67) and Leisa (57).

We’ve been helping people in Port Stephens move better, stay strong, and avoid injury for over 20 years.

In 2022, everything changed.

Chris was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and scheduled for surgery.

At the same time, Leisa’s mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and her dad’s health was rapidly declining.

Under medical supervision, we changed how we trained, moved, and lived.

Chris avoided surgery. His heart returned to normal size.
Leisa’s parents β€” now in their 80s β€” are strong, mobile, and independent.
